MetalVault — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MetalVault, a precious-metals marketplace and portfolio app by Simple Design LLC.
1. About MetalVault
MetalVault is a precious-metals marketplace and portfolio app operated by Simple Design LLC (“Simple Design,” “we,” “us”). MetalVault is a cross-platform precious-metals marketplace and portfolio app. Trading and the wallet use simulated (paper) balances and a simulated checkout — there are no real funds and no real payments. An account lets you sync your portfolio, post marketplace listings, and receive price alerts. By using MetalVault, you agree to these Terms and to the MetalVault Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use MetalVault.
2. Eligibility
MetalVault is intended for 18 and older. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your login secure and let us know promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MetalVault, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, reverse-engineer it, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. User content & community conduct
MetalVault displays content you create — such as your handle, profile, and marketplace listings — to other users. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not abuse other users.
Reporting & enforcement. You can flag content and block other users from within the app. We review reports and act on violations — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and suspending or terminating offending accounts, without notice where appropriate.
6. Simulated only — no financial advice
MetalVault is provided for entertainment and education. It uses simulated, play-money balances and does not involve real investments or actual financial transactions. Nothing in MetalVault is financial, investment, or professional advice, and simulated results should not guide real financial decisions.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
MetalVault is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of MetalVault.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above, and your continued use of MetalVault after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
