This Privacy Policy explains what information Simple Design LLC (“Simple Design,” “we,” “us”) collects through the website at simpledesign.it.com (the “Site”) and in the course of providing design and development services, and how we use it. By using the Site you agree to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of this policy
This Policy covers the Simple Design website and client services only. The apps we publish (such as CryptoComp) collect and handle data under their own separate privacy policies, which are linked from each app and from the relevant app’s store listing. This Policy does not govern those apps.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us — by email or any form on the Site — we receive your name, email address, and whatever details you choose to include about your project or inquiry.
- Client engagement information. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver the work and run the engagement (for example, project requirements, brand assets, billing details, and account access you explicitly grant).
- Basic technical & usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics may record limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the Site secure and understand aggregate usage.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide quotes and proposals;
- perform and manage client engagements, including billing;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails to you unless you have asked us to.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate — for example, website hosting and cloud infrastructure (including Amazon Web Services), email, and analytics. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it. We may also use the platforms’ tools (such as App Store Connect) in connection with our published apps.
5. Confidentiality of client materials
We treat the materials and information clients share with us for a project as confidential and use them only to deliver that project. Where a separate confidentiality or engagement agreement is in place, its terms govern how we handle your confidential information.
6. Cookies & analytics
The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.
7. Data retention
We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to respond to you, deliver and support engagements, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — after which we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your choices & rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@simpledesign.it.com. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above.
