Simple Design LLC designs software for everyone. We are committed to making this website — and every app we build and publish under it — usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. If anything here gets in your way, we want to hear about it and fix it.
1. Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we design, not an afterthought. We work to meet recognized accessibility standards and to comply with applicable accessibility laws and regulations — including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and, where relevant to our apps, platform accessibility requirements such as Apple’s and Google’s. Our goal is for this site and all apps listed on it to be designed for everyone to use.
2. What this covers
This commitment applies to the Simple Design website at simpledesign.it.com and to every app we build and publish under it — including CryptoComp, Siege Path, Simulated Civ, MetalVault, and Admesh — across the platforms on which they ship.
3. How we build for everyone
We aim to make our products perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust by:
- using semantic, well-structured markup and clear, descriptive labels;
- supporting keyboard navigation and assistive technologies such as screen readers;
- maintaining readable color contrast and scalable, legible text;
- honoring system preferences — including reduced motion, so animation on this site is minimized for visitors who request it; and
- providing meaningful alternative text and non-color cues for important information.
4. Ongoing work
Accessibility is never “done.” We test as we build, review feedback, and treat accessibility barriers as bugs to be fixed. Some content or third-party components may not yet be fully accessible; where that is the case, we work to improve it and to offer an equivalent way to get the same information or complete the same task.
