Admesh — Terms & Conditions

1. About Admesh

Admesh is a two-sided mobile advertising platform and SDK operated by Simple Design LLC (“Simple Design,” “we,” “us”). Admesh is a two-sided mobile advertising platform and SDK. Advertisers fund and run campaigns; app developers integrate the SDK to host ads and earn revenue. Accounts are for these business users. Where the SDK runs inside a developer's app, it processes the signals needed to select, cap, and measure ads. By using Admesh, you agree to these Terms and to the Admesh Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Admesh.

2. Eligibility

Admesh is intended for businesses and users 18 and older. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your login secure and let us know promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Admesh, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, reverse-engineer it, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments

Any real-money payments or payouts are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and payout information and for any taxes that apply to amounts you receive.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Admesh is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Admesh.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above, and your continued use of Admesh after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
