Admesh — Data Collection Policy

What this policy covers
This Data Collection Policy is a plain-language summary of exactly what data Admesh collects, why, and who it is shared with. It complements the Admesh Privacy Policy, which contains the full detail.
Admesh collects the following categories of data. For each, we list what is collected, why, and how it is shared or kept private.
Account information
- What: business contact and login details for advertisers and developers (dual-role accounts handled by AWS Cognito).
- Why: Create and secure platform accounts and separate advertiser and developer access.
- Sharing: Stored in AWS; not sold.
Billing & payout information
- What: the payment and payout details processed by Stripe.
- Why: Fund advertiser campaigns and pay developer revenue.
- Sharing: Shared with Stripe and governed by Stripe's terms.
Campaign & inventory data
- What: campaigns, creatives, targeting settings, and the apps and ad units developers register.
- Why: Run the marketplace and decide which ad to serve.
- Sharing: Not sold.
Ad event & analytics data
- What: impressions, clicks, completed views, attributed installs, and in-app events, with associated device and ad identifiers.
- Why: Real-time ad decisioning, measurement, billing, and reporting.
- Sharing: Aggregated reporting is shown to the relevant advertiser or developer.
SDK / end-user signals
- What: within a publisher's app, ad-serving signals such as device and advertising identifiers and event timing.
- Why: Select, cap, and measure ads inside that app.
- Sharing: Processed for ad decisioning and also subject to that app's own privacy policy.
Selling your data & advertising
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising outside the purposes listed above.
Third parties that process data
- Amazon Web Services — Cognito, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, ClickHouse, and Athena.
- Stripe — campaign payments and developer payouts.
Retention & your controls
Account and billing records are kept while the account is active and for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Event data is retained in aggregated, analytical form for reporting and reconciliation, then aged out on our operational schedule.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing simpledesignllcca@gmail.com. Account holders can also delete their account directly in the app.
