Admesh — Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Admesh is a two-sided mobile advertising platform and SDK. Advertisers fund and run campaigns; app developers integrate the SDK to host ads and earn revenue. Accounts are for these business users. Where the SDK runs inside a developer's app, it processes the signals needed to select, cap, and measure ads.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Admesh collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is published by Simple Design LLC and is specific to Admesh; our website privacy policy covers the Simple Design site and client services separately.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. business contact and login details for advertisers and developers (dual-role accounts handled by AWS Cognito).
• Billing & payout information. the payment and payout details processed by Stripe.
• Campaign & inventory data. campaigns, creatives, targeting settings, and the apps and ad units developers register.
• Ad event & analytics data. impressions, clicks, completed views, attributed installs, and in-app events, with associated device and ad identifiers.
• SDK / end-user signals. within a publisher's app, ad-serving signals such as device and advertising identifiers and event timing.

3. How we use information

• Account information: create and secure platform accounts and separate advertiser and developer access.
• Billing & payout information: fund advertiser campaigns and pay developer revenue.
• Campaign & inventory data: run the marketplace and decide which ad to serve.
• Ad event & analytics data: real-time ad decisioning, measurement, billing, and reporting.
• SDK / end-user signals: select, cap, and measure ads inside that app.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate Admesh:

• Amazon Web Services — Cognito, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, ClickHouse, and Athena.
• Stripe — campaign payments and developer payouts.

5. Payments

Real-money payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers; Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy.

6. Data retention & deletion

Account and billing records are kept while the account is active and for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Event data is retained in aggregated, analytical form for reporting and reconciliation, then aged out on our operational schedule.

7. Your choices & rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, consistent with applicable law, by emailing simpledesignllcca@gmail.com. You can also delete your account from within the app.

8. Children’s privacy

Admesh is intended for businesses and users 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above.
