CryptoComp — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CryptoComp, a crypto trading simulator and game by Simple Design LLC.
1. About CryptoComp
CryptoComp is a crypto trading simulator and game operated by Simple Design LLC (“Simple Design,” “we,” “us”). CryptoComp is a free crypto-trading simulator and competitive game. You can explore as a guest; creating an account lets you sync progress, enter contests, and appear on leaderboards. All trading uses $100,000 in paper money — there are no real funds in your portfolio. The only real-money flow is optional payouts, processed by Stripe, when you win eligible contests. By using CryptoComp, you agree to these Terms and to the CryptoComp Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use CryptoComp.
2. Eligibility
CryptoComp is intended for 18 and older. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your login secure and let us know promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse CryptoComp, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, reverse-engineer it, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. User content & community conduct
CryptoComp displays content you create — such as your handle, profile, and public activity — to other users. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not abuse other users.
Reporting & enforcement. You can flag content and block other users from within the app. We review reports and act on violations — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and suspending or terminating offending accounts, without notice where appropriate.
6. Simulated only — no financial advice
CryptoComp is provided for entertainment and education. It uses simulated, play-money balances and does not involve real investments or actual financial transactions. Nothing in CryptoComp is financial, investment, or professional advice, and simulated results should not guide real financial decisions.
7. Payments
Any real-money payments or payouts are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and payout information and for any taxes that apply to amounts you receive.
8. Advertising
CryptoComp is supported by third-party advertising served through Google AdMob (Google). By using the app you acknowledge that ads will be shown and that Google and its partners may collect and use data to serve and measure those ads, as described in the CryptoComp Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
CryptoComp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of CryptoComp.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above, and your continued use of CryptoComp after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
