Siege Path — Terms & Conditions

1. About Siege Path

Siege Path is a single-player tower-defense game operated by Simple Design LLC (“Simple Design,” “we,” “us”). Siege Path is a single-player tower-defense game with no accounts and no sign-in. The game itself plays offline, and your progress is saved locally on your own device. When your device is online, the app is supported by ads served through Google AdMob — to show and measure those ads, Google collects advertising identifiers as described below. Apart from advertising, Simple Design does not receive your gameplay data. By using Siege Path, you agree to these Terms and to the Siege Path Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Siege Path.

2. Eligibility

Siege Path is intended for 13 and older. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Siege Path for your own enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Siege Path, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise it, reverse-engineer it, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Advertising

Siege Path is supported by third-party advertising served through Google AdMob (Google). By using the app you acknowledge that ads will be shown and that Google and its partners may collect and use data to serve and measure those ads, as described in the Siege Path Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Siege Path is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Siege Path.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above, and your continued use of Siege Path after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
